You may return a defective or damaged product WITHIN 24 hours of receipt of your shipment,. If you wish to return any shipment, please e-mail us at contact@cncshoppe.com with “Return-OrderID” in the subject line. The email must be sent within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment. Approved returns will be given a Return Id from us and same id has to be pasted on the return package.

We will accept returns only in case the product is damaged or wrongly supplied. Returns will be accepted only if the package is unopened and in the original condition when shipped by CNCShoppe.com.

If you have lost your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who placed the order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the packet to the address given below:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will notify you through e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 working days of our receiving your return.

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
